Program Advertising

The Columbia Concert Band is a 501(c)(3) non-profit community band that has been performing for local communities since 1983. The band’s purpose is to give non-professional musicians the opportunity to perform challenging band literature while entertaining the public in the Baltimore and Washington regional areas. The band is affiliated with Howard Community College, which gives credit to students for band participation. All performances are partially funded by an annual grant from Howard County Government, via the Howard County Arts Council, an annual grant from the Maryland State Arts Council, a bi-annual grant from the Quest Foundation, and an annual grant from the Columbia Foundation.

To further support these musicians and their performance goals, the Columbia Concert Band Executive Board accepts tax-deductible donations from businesses and individuals. With your donation, you will be recognized in the concert program in one of two ways: we will list your name along with other donors, or we will print an advertisement or message of your choosing. The information below outlines both options; please peruse the details and let us know which you prefer.

Advertiser or Donor Information

• Payment options - check only payable to Columbia Concert Band.
• Submittal Date - At least two weeks before the concert for the advertisement or donation listing to appear.

Please include the following fields in your email or mailing.  It is important that you provide as much information and as many details as possible to ensure the AD is placed correctly.

·         $40 for a full page- A complete 8 X 5 area.
