New Member Registration Member information is for the band database. The personnel manager and your section leader require the following information in order to contact you. The entire band will be given a roster that lists only member's name, phone, instrument, and email address. There are 3 sections to complete for registration. Please complete all 3 sections, if possible. If you do not have an e-mail address, then complete section 1 only. |
